I'm running a viking tactics 2 point padded....

Work in progress....
Still contemplating if a barrel chop to 18.5" should occur, and if I do, if threading for a flash hider would do anything as well...
Added tri-rail, quick release bipod, m3 light and Viking tactical 2 point padded sling since last.
Still has an Eagle cheek rest and Millet DMS-1 with Millet tactical Low rings from before.
So this is pretty much what an MR1 looks like with a s**tton of gear hanging off it looks like. Of course, that bipod and light comes off in a sinch, just toying with the "tactiness" of this platform.
Still searching for a thinner recoil pad options as well.
Looks heavy? Well its a tad over 10lbs all in...not light but not too crazy yet.

The eagle cheek rest I picked up from sponsor DS tactical.
Its nice and cushy and really helps with the cheek weld on this rifle.
One thing I would note is that the tri-rail is so far forward any sort of fore-grip would be practically useless.
Unless of course you drill and mount a full length of rail along the bottom of the fore-end.
I musta watched that vid (way back when
) more than a few times during my first tear-down & re-assembly....
