Is red dot bushell trs-25 good?

I'm thinking of buying one,any comment?

and which dealer has it?

I've got 2 and I'm very happy with them at the price point. They are tiny and have a great range of brightness settings, from dim to down right glowing. Adjustments are positive and one of mine have been riding on an M14 shorty for about 150 rounds with no issues so it does seem durable enough thus far although I haven't had it out in the bush or in any foul weather. The other just went on my .45-70 but I haven't shot it yet.

Being a Bushnell product I don't think finding one will be difficult, but do some price comparison because I've seen a wide range. Possibly the best price will come from watching the EE as I've seen a few come through there at good prices.

There's a really good review of them on YouTube that I watched before I bought mine. I'm sure a quick search will turn it up. Hope that helps!:)

Thankyou,I just couldn't find it anywhere in Canada in good price.
I think it should be about CAD100 shipped, but all the dealers here are selling it at about CAD170,the price is so different than what I think.

You're not going to find it retail for less than $150 or so + tax + shipping...
Waiting for one to show up on the EE might save you a few $.
I agree with The Baron...good value and functionality, at that price point.
I have a few that I have used on my VZ's and they have worked well.
I have quite a few 'black rifles' and most of them are adorned with Aimpoint H1's or T1's, but if my VZ was my primary unit, I would opt for an H-1...
Way more expensive, but you pay for quality.

Compare with the Vortex Sparc, which one is better?

I got both and on my mr-i the sparc is very good but they are quality stuff the 2 of them... JP.

Had my TRS-25 in the rain fogged up as well as a couple of others at a shoot in May.Other then that and not seeing the target or dot when fogged they are great.Light, small.

When my Benelli M4 arrived I, for once, decided not to overspend on an optic. I put a TRS-25 on it and couldn't be happier. Nice little optic,, no problems.

Vortex dealer and buddies market aggressively here. Thats not a bad thing necessarily. Just be aware ;).

Mine has takin a beating and is still running. I smacked it really hard on a barrier and the front lens cracked. It cracked down low so it's still usable as I can just barely see the crack on the bottom when looking through it. It's been on my cz858 for over 3000 rounds with no problems. It didn't even lose zero when I smacked it on the barrier.

Search this forum a bit for more info as the little red dot has been discussed a few times. I have two and really like them. The mount incredibly LOW, which in some cases works great, ie: CZ858 but not so good on others such as AR15's. They would be the ticket for most shotgun applications in my mind. I have never had mine fog and I have used them in extreme cold, etc.
