If you wanted a 94 to hunt with, there isn't a thing wrong with the rifle provided it still has a good bore. If you want one to hang on the wall and admire, not so good. The rifle is 60 years old and by the looks of it went hunting every fall. I've seen 94's from the 60's and 70's(post 64) priced at $350-$400 on the EE and they are a supreme piece of sh*t. Personally I would sooner have better quality than pristine finish.
