i agree with the above but i would like to take his comments one step further
buy the abc's of reloading and read it, i was in your shoes 18 months ago and it helped me greatly, BUT, skip the sections of the book the dont apply to you until you need it, such as casting and bullet sizing and lubing, to much information at once may just confuse you
i came back to that book a year later and re read all the casting and bullet lubing stuff now that those things actually apply to me and i'm glad i did
as for a reloading manual with recipes, i feel the lyman reloading manual is the best way to go, very informative and none biased data because lyman does not make primers, brass, bullets, or powder
