Fast Feed Issue With DA Mag Fed Grizzly

I just purchased the above (my first DA Griz) shotgun and the barrel swapped out for a 20" 870 rifled slug barrel. Reading many posts regarding fast feed issues, some have said that the mags need some tweeking, and I was also told that the chamber needs filing. Can somebody please advise me what is required to prevent feeding issues?

Video links would be ideal........

Thanks!

This is what I had to do to all my mags so they would feed properly.

Right on thanks. Mind if I ask what you used to stamp the follower with? I would like to duplicate, as I am still pretty new at doing my own mods but I'll give it a shot!

Am I the only one that wonders why DA have not corrected this issue from the factory yet? Doesn't seem that hard to do, or perhaps they have by now....

I used a 3/8"x6" bit driver extension. I removed the follower and laid it face down between two pieces of wood with just enough of a gap and hit the driver extension lightly a few times. Just start gently if you're gonna do it.

Mine always "hangs up" on the first round... Will not chamber, but if I pop it out, the last 4 in the mag chamber fine. Sounds like I need to tweak the mags?

The only problem I have had with mine is if you jam the mag in with too much force. It pops the first round up and jams up on the top of the chamber. If I take it easy its fine, or flick the round back down with your finger before racking it. Pretty minor, and that thing sees ALOT of rounds.
