Silver scoped rifle is a stock remington 700 VSSF 204 in a Bobby Hart Tactical stock

Black scoped rifle is a Tikka T3 Varminter 223 converted to a single shot in a benchrest stock that I just finished, action was bedded in and a remington short action single shot follower was modified to fit the action.

The 204 shoots under 1/2 inch five shot groups at 100 yards with 32 grain Vmax, the 223 has yet to be shot in this stock as I just finished polishing it before dinner, Tikka trigger was modified slightly to get the pull down below one pound, still passes the safety bump tests. I have 80 grain VLD bullets to try out after I shoot some 55 grain Vmax that I have loaded up just to check out the new set up.

Targets and range report should happen tomorrow, kind of bummed out it didn't happen today and therefore I got the blues.

I planted it in April, hand weeded it daily, fertilized bi-weekly and cared for it more then any pet I ever had. Had to take a break from being a greenthumb and make some sawdust and eye candy. I mowed that lawn just after the pics were taken, then watched as the underground sprinklers came on......oh what a life

Trust me, I know that lawn is a labor of love.

Very nice guns. What scopes do you have on them and how do you like them? I am in the market for a mid price 400+ bench scope for my incoming 260 Rem.

Loaded up some 55 grain Vmax with N133 to match Sierra's accuracy load and was pleasantly surprised to see these results unfold on the targets at 100 yards. Seated the bullets out at 2.250 OAL so this has some room for tweaking in the coming weeks. The lighter trigger really makes a differance as well, going to test the 80 grain VLD load again and see if there is any noticable improvement with this combo.

The 204 stayed at home this time around but I'll get it out there next week.

They all wear weaver T36 scopes with 1/8 minute dot, with the exception of the Tikka, its wearing a 8-32 Bushnell 4200 for the time being, borrowed it from another rifle in the collection just so I could shoot it.
