Rear bag

Hi,

For AICS stock user, wich model of rear bag are you shooting ?

Or someone can give the Protektor bag size ?

No Accushot monopod suggestion, I have one and its not allowed in tournament

Protector. The base is 6 3/4" by 5". The hight at its highest point (front of bag) is 3 1/4" inches and slopes to the back to around 3 inches.

I have an AI rifle and use a green army sock filled with poly beads I got from a craft store. They are light, do not absorb moisture etc. The sock I found is much more versatile and easier to manipulate than rabbit ear bags and works great using the AI rifle.

Right now I'm using a sock filled with rice. Its doing a good job. But for tournament shooting, I just ordered a Protektor bag that I will fill with heavy sand. So I'll have 3 option depending of what I'll do ( monopod, sock and bag)

I did not see to many sock at the last 4 tournament I made... The secret might be in the "ears" of the shooting bag, I'll see

I'm using a Caldwell bag (cordura nylon) for $ 20ish from Epps (board sponsor above). I filled it with the poly beads from a craft store. Don't want it to get too heavy / absorb water in the rain. Hope this helps!

Well not.......... it's all about stability, rigidity and repeatability. A sock is all of the above????
