I was debating nabbing one of these up. Im ex miltary and experineced in the c7, wondering if ill just be disappointed in them or just save up and invest in a real one. I heard about a canadain ar coming out . Any idea on the price of thise?

Yo dem guns aiight if u aint got paper but all tha real ballas be rolling wit made in the USA. Yall need like a Stag or LMT cuz they never fail like norinco gunz.

I believe dirt thinks its funny to make fun of the OP's apparent struggle with the english language. Might be that french is his first language?

He says that they are alright but the serious users are using USA made ARs like Stag or LMT, as they are more reliable...

Dirt is not making fun of the OP, his posts are consitantly awesome.

That's because the Chinese gun's are not allowed in the USA.
If they were it would be a whole different story.

thats your opinion buddy ......

I have a "rinco" AR and like it but if the NEA one would have been out I would have bought that one.

norinco ar are reliable and accurate. had one and worked great, while still craving to have American made model simply cause aesthetics. Fit and finish of the Norinco can be improved. You can get used ( previously enjoyed one ) in great shape on EE for good price so in my opinion save up and get the real one.

Str8 up!

Damn Dirt you roll so hard... Word. Break'n down da truth. Dirt rolls so cool his hoe's have to wear skidoo suit when dey hang wit him so day don't catch a cold!

Dirt is a true Sno MoFo... Fo Sho!

Typing and reading this made my head hurt, and my wife thinks I'm nucking futs!

Quality-wise, I think the upcoming billet AR's from NEA are going to be well ahead of Norc for a couple of hundred more. They'll also have Made in Canada stamped on them, and the manufacturer is a member here, so if you were to have an issue you wouldn't have a problem getting in touch with them. If you're looking for a C7 clone and want it as close as possible to the real thing (without the fun switch) ArmsEast has a C7 clone, with the correct weight and contour of barrel, I'm sure Walter can make that into the particular version of the C7 series you're looking for (the stock and Tri Rail for the latest incarnation aren't hard to get). Then you just need an Elcan $$$$$.

I bought my wife a Norc AR while I save up for something made by HK :p and let me say the Norc absolutely shoots like a house on fire. I've had no issues with it, functionally. The fit and finish looks mass produced but for the pice one can't complain.

You will not be disappointed in the current Norinco M4, we have two of them & they work great! Fit & finish is much improved over the CQ311 days... Buy one, spend the extra $ on ammo!!!

Cheers
Jay

Dirt McGirt isn't making fun of anyone.
Just like we shouldn't make fun of anyone, who's first language is "jive".:)

PrimaIry customer of Norinco is the 3 million PLA. They make everything from AK to T88/ T97 etc, even TANK. l will have no doubt regarding their reliability. Cosmetic wise they may not be perfect. But I am sure it works. NEA AR is made from billet, but not 7075. l would really prefer 7075 than 6061. There is maybe 30% difference in material strength.
