I'm not going to suggest they will pick up outside of normal business hours or that anyone should expect it but this was my first experience contacting SFRC and I'm blown away. Not only was it almost 1 hour after their advertised close time but I was'nt rushed off the phone, in fact he spent almost 15 minutes giving me advice and product knowledge to help in my decision. That level of service is hard to come by, I'm far more confident in dealing with a vendor that wants to communicate and wants business.
