and they have more mass to move in double action......

The only, thing i would like to be different is a 4.25"barrel.
Other than that,i consider this revolver perfect for my in every other way.
I love the grips,the fit&finish is neer perfect,love the non fluted cylender,in a nice big N frame.

Next,i think i will try to find a 44mag S&Wmodel..
The blued, classic hunter,again with the non fluted cycl,and full underlug.
If not that,then the S&W 627 performance center8 times

Agree with the 4.2 inch barrel and the 8-shot cylinder.

Stainless Smith & Wesson N-Frame, .357 magnum, 8-shots, 4.2 inches and fluted or not ---- now that's my idea of a survival handgun.
