free float quad rail help

Hey guys
I'm in middle of building my ar-15 and I just order a 12.5 barrel and now I'm looking for a 11 inch free float quad rail, I would go to 10 inchs but nothing shorter than that.I checked out the dealers sites here but most of them don't list the lenght.do you guys have any ideas were I can pick one up.

fabsports has some 10" troys. i think i can say there name here they are a dealer. apologize if i can't. i ordered mine direct from samson mfg (they don't have aproblem shipping to canada) because unfortunaetly samsons canadian dealers didn't have what i was looking for at the time but i think fabsports and dstactical are expecting orders to come in
 
Typically rails comes in lengths of 7", 9" and 12", so you have to go with either 9" or a 12", mind you they tend use nominal length so it might actually be 9.6" or 11.5".
 
As above, a 12.5" barrel with a 12" rail is hot. I'm putting together an upper for myself/demo with the zobie brake we sell. The spikes will only stick out from inside the rail about an inch. Rail is about 1.5" longer than the barrel end.

I may just have to try out that combo m$yself
 
You could also buy a longer than needed and size it exactly how you want. Re- anodize,powder coat or whatever to desired finish. Your not bound by whats on someones shelf only your skills
 
I am running a 12.5 inch Stag barrell under a 12 inch DD Lite rail. The rail is slightly longer than 12 inches and covers the end of the barrel. I am using a PWS flash hider and it clears the end of the rail by about 1 1/2 inches.
Very slick combo.
