Diemaco/Colt Tri-Ad 1 rail

I was wondering what one of these might be worth? It's that little 3 sided rail that fite under the FSB on a C8. Any thoughts?

Meh, there are obscure and legal ways that one or two Candian Forces items end up in civi hands. The question's fair..

Hey, don't be mean. I like 'em...on a dedicated bone stock SIM gun with a X200 they work pretty good. Not sure I would clamp anything to a FSB for real outside work though.

Parts like ambi charging handles, tri-ad rails and that Colt Canada BU sight are readily available 'cause even the Military doesn't want them.

With the tri-ad, or a twin rail, you're pretty much committed to using the old school ribbed handguards. That, or an LSW.

Tri-ads are OK for photo ops, until you hang something off of them. Nostalgic to have one as part of a collection nonetheless.

The version I had didn't seem to go completely around the HBAR of the C7...looks like it's gonna be rails for the tacticool look...

I got a chance to play with a C7a2 at the CNE a few weeks back and I noticed that the rails on the Triad were not actually m1913 standard. The guy before me brought a brand new in box X300 to the display ( I don't know why...) but he was nice enough to let me try it on the C7a2 and I noticed that the X300 was rattling a lot on the side rails! upon closer inspection, I noticed that the Triad rails were almost 1mm too small to fit the X300 properly (all three sides). Did the CF use their own dimensions for the rails? or was this Triad just a case of the bad apples?
