New NEA 10/22 Barrels? Anyone Run One Yet?

I just got my 12.5" installed and will be going out for a function test. Can't do any accuracy checks as I don't have time.

All I can say is this thing looks like pure ###.

Function test report:
I only put one 25 round mag through it on the way to the field. Two failures to feed on the 2nd and 3rd rounds. I attribute that to mag issues. After that, it functioned flawless.

I was shooting at an empty can about 50 yards away. I hit it every time without having the re-zero the scope for the new barrel. This gun is going to ride perfectly in the tractor for the rest of harvest.

I'm still trying to find out what markings are on the barrel, so they can be proved to be factory made and not home made.

WTF?

Relax man, I am sure they are stamped by NEA.

Regardless just keep your receipt.

Might I prescribe something for your problem?

These barrels are chambered in .22 using a carbide reamer. There are no markings on the barrel, but it would be "hard" to convert a factory tapered barrel into a 9" bull barrel.

When we release our 14 and 16 target barrels, they will be bentz

Extra step, additional cost. Why bother?

Markings prove nothing. I could cut down a factory Ruger bull barrel and it would still have all the markings.

B.S.!

For one, I think there setting themselves up for some solid litigation by not marking AT LEAST the caliber of the barrel!!!
Then again....if there's no manufactures marking either, who you going to chase if things go south.
