Colt AR-15 A2 HBAR

Hi,
a guy is offering me a Colt AR-15 A2 H-BAR in very good condition with a Trijicon ACOG 4x32 (I believe it is the TA31).

How much do you think it is worth in Canada? I have a HK SL8 with bi-pod and 3x dual sight carrying handle in exchange. Should I expect money in the exchange? My rifle is in pristine condition.

The Colt is probably worth about $1200 and the ACOG $1000, assuming both are in very good condition.
