Alex went all out and sprung for the Wal-mart parking lot. But we'll see how well this rifle will turn out. Hopefully Robarms have taken the lessons learned form the XCR-L to heart.

The xcr-m would be great for all black rifle owners wether you want one or not. Don't piss on their efforts.

I personally would love to see the day when 2 hunters 1 with the xcr and 1 with an sr-25 or lmt or whatever get hauled to court and a judge has to rule on why one gets to walk and the other doesn't.

The ruling will be simple: one is a restricted weapon while the other is non-restricted!
Yes, the law is insane but it's the law and we have to abide by it until a better goverment changes it.

In the meantime, I'm saving to get an XCR-M (probably a 243 Win) and I expect it to also be worth every penny that I pay for it.
I already paid around $2400 for an XCR-L and it's been worth every penny!

Don't make a mistake on this: I love AR10s and AR15s but where I live, in Quebec, restricted firearms are a pain in the neck while owning an XCR is as simple as owning a Ruger 10/22.

Finally, I know that the value of my XCR will drop the day the AR15 is derestricted but life is short and I'll be blasting away with it in the meantime.

Value of the XCR might drop, but the ability to use it like any other non-restricted firearm will be worth it. Not like they are going to de-restrict the AR platforms any time soon.
