Well they shoot great, but so have all of my Model 700's, Model 70's, Savages, Rugers, etc.

Fit and finish on them is nothing to brag about. Ya the bolt is very smooth but: A) So are Model 700's, and B) Who cares if a bolt is smooth?

Their synthetic stocks are tupperware, atleast with Kimber/Cooper you get a SYNTHETIC stock.

The mated surfaces on the guns are average...maybe a hair of a better fit than a 700/70/77 etc. (Im talking were the stock sits in the action, the floorplate cut out, etc.).

I dont know, after owning this rifle for 3 years and looking every inch of it over I can't find 1300-2000$ worth of nice rifle. I'll admit their triggers are miles ahead of the lesser factory rifles (except Tikkas), but thats a 150$ Timney fix I could throw on a Model 700 and still have cash left over for optics as opposed to just buying a Sako 85.

No way an H&H double is worth $200,000, yet people with the means to do so buy them. If I had 40,000 to toss around like pocket change, I would buy a 1of 9 rifle for sure. If this were a standard production rifle, I'm sure it would be but a tenth the cost

I have a Savage that shoots as well but I have never owned a 700 that shoots as good as my Sako out of the box.

I haven't owned as many Model 700/7's as some (only 7 or 8). But all of them have been sub MOA or dangerously close as soon as I put 10 or so rounds down range to get comfortable behind the gun.

The triggers on the mid 90's up to just before the xmark are crappy to me though. I can't seem to get the creep out of them like I can with a nice vintage WALKER DEATH TRIGGER.
