Sticky VZ/CZ mags

Has anyone sandblasted the paint off the top of their CZ/VZ mags?

Another vote for the dremel. It seems as though this is SOP for these mags. Better too tight that too loose - a testament to the tolerances the CZ stuff is made to in my opinion. My CSA .223 is tight too.

My arms almost fell off after hand sanding 4 of them down, but all good now.

Hand sanded the first one... then went to the dremel.

X2 I bought 3 dozen when Wolverine had a "sale" a while back. I learned to live with the inconsistency of the paint thickness.

It wears down with use. I've never found one that wouldn't fit as is.

I used a C-clamp on the sides to squeeze them in a bit. Not one has jamed or failed to feed.
