Just to clarify, this ammo is no different for regular ammo save for the packaging?

Does the coloured tip on the round signify any importance?

Love the box design! I'll have to pick up a box when it comes in. I'm assuming that it's similar to the V-Max ammo, and the yellow tip is just a plastic ballistic tip. It'd be interesting to see what the pistol ammo looks like.

223 55gr Z Max $19.49 for 40 rounds is tolerable, for 20 not so much.
9mm 115gr Z Max $17.99 for 25 rounds is a bit out of control, for 50? O.K..
40 S&W 165gr Z Max $20.95 for 20? No interest in over $1.00 a round just for a nifty box. I'll wait til some buys it and uses it then I'll give him $5.00 for the box. Same with 45 ACP. Perhaps I am just a cheapo. Probably why I don't go shooting anymore.

Totally agree! It's a novelty aimed at those who can appreciate it's humour and not meant to compete in the real market ....... it is meant for zombie hunting after all!! Outside of Parliment Hill, I've yet to see one
