Hi John, could I reutrn this gun?

So it arrived yesterday, and you sent an e-mail, got no response so had to post here? Why not just gather the boyfriends, get a big tub of icecream and a chick flick and have a good group cry?

this is why i love dealing with marstar,
step 1: buy gun
step 2: examin gun, problem found.
step 3: call marstar, they fix problem with one year warnty.
step 4: buy more guns and ammo.

^ya, this. If you're moving a lot of product (ice cream to donuts, handguns included,) you're going to have to deal with some less-than-perfect product, and the remedies therefor. Take care of those instances well, and they'll be no big deal. Seems johnone has this well in hand.

This #### is getting ridiculous, are there really that many retarted people out there that can't use a phone anymore since the invention of the internet????? I know being forty some years old make me an oldtimer these days but wow.........
 
Actually, I believe it was the exterior of the barrel that was a problem.:p

I don't always buy cheap s**t, but when I do, it's Norinco.

The condition of the barrel interior will come later when this thread is just about to die.

Oh, wait, John offered him a replacement gun or barrel. Guessing the OP will hold out for two Norincos now.

No problem, this is actually great publicity for Marstar. I'm sure John doesn't mind. Personally, I think the barrel stain makes it unique. That's a 1-of-a-kind Norc. It should bring in an extra $15 on the auction block.
 
I can't help but chuckle while going through this thread and reading what has been posted. It makes me think of those ridiculous TSN commercials from my days at university...cue narrator voice dripping with faux drama...

Hi John,

I am confused.

First, I just send you one PM, and no reply.

Second, I did not call anyone. My vocal cord was damaged in an accident. That is why I always prefer Internet over phone.
I did send emails to Frank. He offered me 10%discount, or exchange for NP-17, which I don't want. I did not reply Frank's email cause I am waiting for your reply. The other reason I send email to Frank just because Marstar charge me more than I should pay. Am I wrong for sending emails?

So far, I am still checking my PM to see if I can receive your reply.
