1760 yard shoot, its a go. 25 shooters signed up.

Cool!

I hope he can really enjoy it!

Now! IF THE WEATHER will show some mercy!

Forcast is calling for 1-3mm of rain over the weekend!

Hopefully the forcasters are wrong on the dry side!

i saw that, maybe if this happens again in a year or two if i get better i might consider doing the same.

You can't come to a shoot like this and not walk away better in some way. Not to mention its a ton of fun just meeting the characters behind the screen names and avatars.

Believe it or not but Max Owner does not really look like his avatar.... tee he he.

Well boys my plans got busted by a new job in sask. I know Hugh will look after you all very well I look forward to seeing more names in the mile club hope the weather and wind grace you all Hugh. Keep the targets up and I'll come out after or between jobs and shoot some steel with you ( just cause it wouldn't be a shoot with you with out 20mph winds and snow blowing across our faces.) Good luck to all

Steve

Well another shoot behind me. It was great!! Those who showed up, I hope had an awesome time. I did. There are 2 ladies and 10 guys to add to the 1 mile shooting club.
I counted 52 impacts on the 1 mile target. The golfballs are a challenge at 800 and 1000, I had to move them in to 3 + 500 before I could knock them off.
Thanks for the assistance in target placement and picking them up after the shoot. My neck and back really appreciate it.
I also thank you for the investment in next years shoot and the positive comments. Its really appreciated and I find it very encouraging. But house finished first I'm reminded.

Here are some pics of the fun.

Shooting line.
