My Norinco mag fed shotgun has a few quirks. First off I have not had a chance to shoot this one yet.
The heat shield is made of plastic. Mine arrived broken at both front mounting points from the factory. See pics.
The receiver stud was not the same as my 870 or my Dominion arms Grizzly. The Norinco used a smaller diameter bolt so I could not mount a Knox stock. I had to switch that stud for a true 870 spec part.
The Norinco and the factory magazine is blued, and Dominion Arms magazines are parkerized. The factory magazine is a tight fit and there is enough overall variance that the Dominion mags are a real b*tch to get in and out.
And here's the real thing.. Dominion Arms magazines DO NOT WORK in my gun. When used, they do not reset the trigger and they do not lock the action into battery. Only the factory magazine functions 100% in safety checks. Here's some pics of the magazines for comparison. Dominion Arms on the left, Norinco on the right.
