Robinson Arms XCR. Came in the mail a few days ago thanks to Frontier Firearms! took her to the range to do the initial break in, 200 rounds of American Eagle Tactical .223 functioned flawlessly with Magpul PMags. Gonna start saving for a Eotech XPS to top it off! F'n love this gun!

would post a pic but i still dont know how to do it haha

Congrats on your new toy!

Congrats and good choice. I have an XCR and love it. I use 10 round Lar15 magazine but I found I had to hammer the teeth in about 1.5mm because the rounds would slip out of the magazines. Don't listen to the haters on this forum, the XCR rocks.

You might want to try a Magpul USGI Ranger or L-plate. That usually does the trick (the looser tolerance is more an issue on the newer ones than the older ones, which were quite tight - and where you occasionally had to file the follower posts down by a mm or so).

I did file the follower posts down, but I found rounds would slip out of the magazine. I didn't have that problem with a magpul pmag and measured the distance between the teeth. I found that the pmag was about 1.5mm closer together. So I gently hammered the teeth on my Lar15s closer with a mallet. Did the trick. They feed like butter now.

Mags don't have teeth but they do have lips.
