Hi Guys,

I'm planning on a winter project and I would like to know what would be your Dream AR 15 upper receiver......

I need ideas....

take care,

Phil

Somebody doesn't have big aspirations XD

Although I'm still in the process of reliability testing the PWS mk110, my Norinco AR was hands down the best AR I have ever owned. It was more accurate than any other I have owned, and it had a grand total of:

failures. I don't know what your dream gun is, but mine is one that shoots precisely, and always goes bang. I've had higher end ARs with barrel lengths up to 20", and they were great, but none could duplicate the Norinco AR. I wish I never sold it. Come to think of it, I'm going to check my old PMs and see if I can buy it back (assuming the buyer didn't bastardize it with rails, lights, grips, toaster ovens, etc).

And to the OP:
We can't make a dream AR for you. If you take the advice in this thread, you'll end up disappointed. Everybody has a different opinion. My advice to you, go out to a Service Rifle or CQB match and handle them all and see how different brands function.

All my AR Uppers are Non-Restricted. Why aren't yours?

Hmmmm....

I would want my Dream AR Upper to shoot 1/2" cloverleafs at 1000 Meters.

.....The upper would also eject the brass de-capped and necked sized into a satin pouch on the table beside me.
