Just wondering, are there statistics to show how many "Prohibited" or "Restricted Long-Gun" class firearms (as per Canadian law) are used in violent crime in the US? Argh, I can't think of a better way to put that question...
Like, Canada "Prohibited" AK-47's because they're EVIL... A man cannot hold an AK-47 in his hands without going off on a murder spree. So, with this logic in mind, how many deaths are the result of AK-47's every year (semi-auto ones, specifically)? I don't see many gangbangers on the news toting Saiga 12ga's either.... So, if they're to bad, why aren't they used in crimes more often in the US, or are they? I'd like to see stats.
If the RCMP wants firearms restricted or Prohib'd, I think it's high time we demand an explanation as to why they're so dangerous.
