I've been thinking about adding one to the safe as a range toy and something to play dress-up with. Just wondering if they actually shoot? Are they prone to any feeding or ejection issues?

1. They shoot fine (depending on ammo used), mine anyway.
2. Mine is prone to ejection issues unless i use specific ammo.
cci mini-mags and cci stinger work for mine.

Mine functions amazing with any high velocity ammunition.

Had a few FTF's but were dud rounds.

Excellent gun for the price.

I have not tried much for ammo, but mine seems to eject better if I dont rapid fire.. accuracy increases too, LOL.

Probably going to find some non hollow points and see if it ejects better. Cant complain about the price, mine was a gift.

I assume that these are all the old style tactical .22s and not the new flat top 715T.
I have read that they have fixed some issues common with the old tacticals.
Does anyone have the new design? I was told it ships mid nov.

Add to that, with a 3-9x scope once ya get it sighted in shoots great.

Double and triple taps at 17 yards stay pretty close. :)

I put the Strikeforce c'piece on mine.
(for myself) it's all about looks and the c'piece really adds to that.
From the start I've been using a Bushnell Trophy red dot , which is abit of overkill for a .22 . This red dot is now on my 12ga turkey gun ( I've also had this sight on a Lee Enfield No5 and a SKS ) . I mounted a el-cheapo reflex type red dot ( e-bay $20 job with a slightly larger dot ) for now , on my Mossy Tact , so far so good at 50yd. I'll put it through the "test" and make a decision after turkey season is over on wether the Bushnell will go back on.
I recently found out that there is a 3x attachment for a reflex sight...huuumm .
