So Tuesday night I was looking around on some sites and decided to look at P and D's to see what new Guns they had this week. Little did I know they had just gotten a shipment of ISSC MK22 Scar's in Tan (Or FDE). So today (Wednesday) I bolted down there after work, and within about 20 min I was out the door with this :

Needless to say, but Ill say it anyways, I love dealing with P and D. Ive bought a few things from them, but this is my first firearm from them. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. Handled the gun and said "Ill take it". I was so pleased with the service I bought a rifle case and an extra mag. Something tells me I am going to need more magazines in the future :D .

And to top it all off, as I was walking out the door, they asked me to let them know how it shoots. Ill be back for sure but for now I am going to enjoy my Gun. (Sorry for being long-winded)

Sweet gun, definitely want one myself. Well, once I pay off a few other purchases! Only thing I'm not keen on is the fact that the mags are only 22(I think?) rounds :( Anyone know if any bigger aftermarket mags fit these?

They really should have used Black Dog mags are those are trending towards being the industry standard. Could you take a bunch of pics of the mag? I'm curious about those as well.

ISSC is supposed to be coming out with a 110 round drum mag for the MK22.

Sweet looking rifle.

OP, got any pictures of a normal sized adult holding it? The one review I read a while ago from the US made it look like a giant rifle and I want some scale before I jump on the bandwagon.

They can't gouge for their proprietary mags if they use the BDM mag design.

The Over all length is 36 inches (Stock fully extended)

The Height (Measured from bottom of mag to top of the top rail) is just over 10 inches.

From the front of the mag well to the end of the flash hider is 17.5 inches.

From my first impressions, it seems like a well built rifle. Ambi Safety and mag release is a plus. The cocking system is neat. There are 6 positions to place the charging handle, 3 on either side, to make it more comfortable and easier to handle as per the shooter. Adj stock only adjusts about 1.5 inches total. Also it has a 2 position cheek weld. It comes with some flip up aperture sights that can be adjusted for windage and elevation. In the folded position the sights are also pistol type sights which can only be adjusted for windage. The rear sight on my rifle seems flimsy. I ordered a cheap NCstar 2-6x compact scope for it so it should take care of that problem.

I could go on and on. But Im taking it to the range tomorrow and might make a video about the pros and cons. Ill post it when its done.
