This was the winner of the Battlefield 3 Beta.

Most overpowered firearm in the game, easily beating everything else at all ranges under 200 meters.

yessir they are indeed, Ive been drilled may times from what seems like across the map by someone with a shotgun with either an Acog /or/ Holographic sight with slugs; its literally as frustrating as the M203 "Noob Tube" grenade launcher from the Modern Warefare series... If EA is smart theyll fix those slugs before release... but I aint holding my breath

rifled slugs hold .5 moa out to 1000 yards didn't you know?!

In the beta this was true. Now apparently they have a damage fall-off point. On Battlelog someone said it was going to be 150 meters then 1% falloff every meters after that. Slugs still apparently won't have any drop...

For PC users (the only good gamers IMHO)

Slugs are fixed

G36's are fixed

IR Scopes NEED to be fixed (way too easy to dominate)



Also I just figured out (and finally got around to it) how to unlock my extra "warfare" package which unlocks the SKS among some other things.

For now the SKS is my favorite "sniper" rifle as I can take the scope off and start plugging away with a gun I actually have used! Its also ok with a IR scope on it (Stole it off a dead buddy.. )

lol i personally love this game, i have shot the SKS but i dont like it. i love flying jets and helicopters, as well as shooting them down with an AA Gun.
