Well my Uncle, cousin and I went moose hunting around Dease lake B.C. last month and I though I would post some pics.
Flying from Medicine Hat too Vancouver.

Never been gone, just don't post as much anymore. Been really busy with the little guy and work.
But ya the moose was taken with a 300 win mag Hornady Superformance SST. 2 shots one to the boiler room one too the neck. Never seen a animal drop like that before. We saw him from way down the valley and he was being really wired like running up and down mountains. Finally we decided to go after him.... That was the easy part.... Once we were down the mountain, I called him in too exactly 250 yards (range finder) and it looked like he caught our sent. So ya 2 quick shots and we have meat on the table! The problem was he was in no mans land.... Took us 2 days to get him out of there....
