Bolt action with irons?

i have two CZ bolt rifles, and both have open sights. and if you want to scope it (which i plan on doing to mine) they have the groves cut into the action. you would need CZ rings though.

I have been tempted to scope my Sako Bavarian Carbine in 30-06, but it points and shoots so well, I have held off.

Just flipping through my Wholesale Sports calolague, Remington 700 BDL, Ruger, Sako, and Savage all have a few bolt actions with iron sights on them.

The Savage Scout (Model 10FCM) is a .308 with iron sights and a forward mount for a long eye relief scope. You can put mounts in the more conventional location, too. The current production has their AccuTrigger and AccuStock.

Wow, nice sako! Lots of good help here guys, I did a quick glance at the cabelas site but nothing jumped out at me, I will look at that savage scout, sounds promising. I wish that sako was in my price range. :D
I am glad to see all this wood too, forgot to say I preferred wood furniture.
I have a marlin 336 in 30-30, it's a nice gun and almost picked up some aftermarket peep sites for it but I just love a nice bolt action.
That BSA is nice too but I need to do some wheeling and dealing first, moneys tight so some have to go before new ones come in I'm afraid.

Ruger gun sight scout. Comes in right had left hand. And is a handy little rifle. Being lefty it is one of the few options like it. But if I was a righty the savage scout Or if a classic look was in order a ruger hawkeye M77 they have a iron sight version in classic wood that is reasonably priced. I just received a m77 in a different caliber and the fit and finish is great.

Remington BDL has irons but I don't think they make them anymore?
Mine, a lefty, was purchased used a few years ago. Bushnell Elite on Leupold QR's and the scope is off in seconds and the irons are ready to go. :)
