Production class question

If someone wants to shoot production class with a gun on the approved list that doesn't come with a Canada legal barrel ( too short ) what is the ruling around this?
Can I shoot with a lone wolf or other non OEM barrel?
If you have a prohib license, you can shoot the short guns in Canada. But if not, gun with an aftermarket barrel doesn't qualify for Production division, unless barrel came from the OFM factory. But you can shoot standard division with such gun, as long as it fits the box.
BTW, it is not a class, but Production division.
