Any body have a low recoil 12ga. recipe. I have found data for 1 oz. loads but I was pondering using a 7/8 oz. or even 3/4 oz. load
I teach an introduction to Cowboy Action Shooting course for our annual Women in the Outdoors event with the NWTF. A lot of these ladies have not shot much before so even WW AA Featherlites beat them up pretty bad, so I want less recoil than that.
I have scads of the aforementioned AA hulls. I load on a MEC 600 Jr. so if you can refer your recipe to a powder bushing #, that would be great. I already have 7/8 and 3/4 charge bars. Now I need you to fill in the blanks on powder, powder charge, wad and primer.
Many thanks in advance for your help and advice

Thanks for the caveat too about data from forums. Even published data can be wrong
