A few starting thoughts.
- The rifle is a touch longer then I expected it to be, but it balances out fairly well due to the design.
- A few minor machine marks on the rails, but everything else is perfect. The quality of the composite seems to be very good.
- Not totally sold on the trigger. Will have to put some rounds downrange, but it will never be a crisp trigger.
So a few minor downsides in my opinion.
The upsides?
- NON RESTRICTED AND SOON TO BE NON REGISTERED!!!!

- .45 ACP sub-gun. Nuff said.
- Takes cheap and available Glock 21 magazines, and can hold 10, unlike some other pistol cal carbines.
On to the photos!!!
Folding stock tab.
Folding stock tab closeup.
Bolt release/ Hold open and magazine release.
Machine marks on rails. (Note that the photos make the marks more visible then they really are)
Bottom
Top
Folding stock button.
Charging handle.
Field strip.
Remove 4 pins (shown raised in photo)
Bottom pops out, followed by recoil spring and bolt assembly.
Seperate top and bottom recievers.
Twist bolt 90 degrees either way to remove from bolt assembly.
Done!
Finally, a photo comparison of short Non-restricteds to compare OAL.
Surprisingly to me, the Kriss is the longest by far. (Makes sense though since the rest are bulpups.)

EDIT***** Just shot it today for the first time, and I put about 200 rounds downrange.
I learned several things about this rifle from my firing today.
-It takes a bit of a break in period for this gun. My first 3-4 magazines had 1-3 malfunctions per magazine (Failure to feed, cartridge feeds halfway and gets stuck.... and light primer strikes), and once I was past that point, malfunctions started decreasing rapidly.
Once I had about 6 magazines through the rifle, factory ammo functioned near perfectly.
I also tried out some light handloads that I normally use in my 1911 with moderate success, but still had about 1 malfunction per mag.
I tried two types of factory ammo. Fiocchi and PMC. In terms of reliability, PMC is the winner, it worked 100%, whereas Fiocchi worked about 95%.
Recoil is very light and muzzle climb is non existant.
It has the potential to be a pretty accurate rifle too, this is 5 shots into the same hole at 25m standing unsupported slow fire with the BUIS. I can not wait to get an EOtech on this little cutie.
Here is a video of me doing some fun double taps on a target 10 meters away. The holes are nice and big and easy to spot in the target, and you can get a good idea of how little this gun actually recoils.
