When Her Majesty was the age that the Duchess of Cambridge is now, it wasn't the style to show so much, but as she was then, she looks pretty good in photos.

To many ejections and hard landings compressing their spines

Judging by their qualification patch on their shoulder depicting a Seaking I would go with the hard landings

As for those Nike cross-trainers, there are lots of people CF wide (Air Force, Navy, and yes, even the Army) that wear non-issued boots. It's quite normal and I beleive there's even a CANFORGEN that stipulates the criteria for acceptable non-issued boots.

Irregardless of all that, in the words of ZZ Top: "She's got legs, and knows how to use 'em" hahahaha!

Legs like that and an @ss I'd like to leave teeth marks in ... no wonder the air force is always so welcoming to royal visits. All we ground pounders ever got was a courtesy wave and a reak of mothballs from QE
