Dlask XB4 brake on M14

So i bought one of Joe's XB4 muzzle brake/ flash supressors for my M14, anyone tried one of these before? How do they perform?

Um, flash augmentor? Noise loudener?, I suppose it works about as well as any muzzle brake out there.

Just a critique, but supporting the rifle on it's gas cylinder is not what I would do.

2 wholes drilled between the ports on 45 degree angles will allow you to shoor this rifle with one hand. Also in all honesty why would some one use that rest when shooting this rifle at such close range?

I dont use a rest when i shoot, my brother in law first time shooting this rifle at 50 yards and wanted a rest, that one was only one available.
