Davide Pedersoli Side by Side Shotgun "La Bohémienne"

Hi everyone,

this gun has caught my attention, but I can't find reviews or real world pictures anywhere.

Has anyone here seen/bought/used one of these? What did you think? Would you do it again?

Do you have any pics... particularly of the engraving?

Thanks

EB

I've looked at one for a bit, but I had already bought my CZ hammer classic so didn't purchase it.
Pretty well made guns, I would have liked to have shot the one I looked at , but didn't have an opportunity.
More expensive than the CZ, I can't remember, but I don't think it has screw in chokes - Will Bilozir would be able to tell you that.
he is the Canadian distributor for them.

ebruder,

It happens that I did some research on the Pedersoli coach gun. It is similar to La Bohémienne with 20" barrels. From what I read and heard about these guns...they are well made, beautifully finished, the hammers can easily be cocked simultaneously with one hand. The chambers are well polished, the gun opens very easily without having to break it on your knee. Another interesting feature, the safety doesn't come on automatically when you close the gun...it is totally manual. Cowboy Action Shooters have tried them in France and US and a majority liked them. One of the negative side (for some ) is the price...$1200 and $1500 for the Coach and Bohémienne respectively, is a bit steep!!!! While you can get a Stoeger for less than half.
But if you want a gun with good WORKING hammers, it might be the way to go. From what I saw TTC and Cimarron are very close, pricewise! Have you checked their website, they have pictures....I like it but I don't think I would buy it without seeing it and handling it first.
Cheers!

OK:)

I checked s0me info as well, and I think they do come with screw in chokes, the ML shotguns do, anyway.

I would put the Pedersolis a notch above the Stoegers, for sure, having owned several guns of each brand in the past.
My CZ Hammer classic cost me $1,100 shipped IIRC, so that is a pretty fair comparison, but the CZ has swedged barrels for the chokes, and I'm certain the Pedersoli guns are cut threads.
