Sorry man, can't help it. I see you just joined in September so it's not your fault that you missed the initial preorders. They started in early August
I think. (can't remember, I'll have to check bank records)
So far only some of the 14.5" have shipped with 10.5" and maybe 7.5" to follow.
They have also stated the enhanced versions will not be out until next year some time.
You can still preorder for one of the upcomming shipments I think. Check out TSC, SFRC and some of the other sponsers. (sory I don't know them all.) I'm still waiting for a 10.5" from OST but don't bother looking there, they will not be carrying any more NEA products after this...
Unless they hugged it out and came to a new agreement I'm not aware of.

And there's a crap load of pre-orders... You can't wait 6 months to get an NEA? Pay more now for a different one. Problem solved.

Also, you do knOw that they have LEO and mil contracts too. So just because that made a butt load doesn't mean a buttload are string sold to te public out of the first run.
Really? I had heard that they had some orders from foreign importers/dealers, but I had not heard that they had any actual Military or Law Enforcement contracts. The MIL/LE procurement process is usually (at the least) somewhat lengthy and the NEA guns are just now hitting the market for the first time.
If that is the case, it would be interesting to hear which armies and/or departments have selected the NEA.
