svt-40...any good?

i just orderd a svt-40 cause the muzzle looks cool, lol!
are they any good/accurate/fun?
or is it just gonna look cool in the cabinet?

Turns out, it's good, accurate and fun.

The svt 40 is a very very good rifle, underrated in my opinion Its accurate and reliable. May seem a bit complex to field strip but its not once you know the rifle. I prefer my svt over my garand..... The german captured lot of them,so much that they even made a manual for it I have 3 of them and will get more soon as i can

Pain in the ass to clean though. Especially if your shooting corrosive.

I kept the Mosin instead.

SFRC has them for $250, but they're out of stock. Maybe try Weimajack in the EE for sub $300 prices.
