Figured after the funny posts on the blind I would post some pics of the blind in action. Well its up and in the woods, swamp or field but thats about all the action its gotten so far. Invariably the wrong animal stands in front of the blind. If its turkey season I have deer standing in front and turkey in deer season. Or I have turkey vultures overhead all day long shreaking...for hours

:p

If anybody else has blind pics maybe add them to this thread as a resource on blinds, if we get enough Ill get it stickied as a field resource on blinds in various settings seeing as the question comes up frequently on hunting from blinds.

Mine is a Ameristep Bone Collector with a fist hole in the side :p

The blind in its backpack with extra shelf and lights weighs about 25lbs. Takes about 2 mins to setup. So far its withstood extremely heavy rain with no leaks. I have a full winter camo cover for it for late this season. Will post more pics when I get them.

Looks good. I love being able to move a bit more inside a blind like this as I was cursed with an inability to sit still.

We have the same one, Nice quality for sure. We put it up but during deer season never used it much since the weather was so good while deer hunting (lots high rocky hills to sit on). It will be useful in other areas, espacially when it gets cold or wet and you want to setup some heat.

Yeah it has lots of room. I can fit two chairs, rear hanging wall shelf and front pop up table or gun/bow racks. I am 6"5 and cant stand up fully but I can stand up enough for a quick stretch.

Some say you should watch constantly, but I start getting bug eyed after hours of intensely watching the woods. I tend to read a book and glance out after each page to see if anything changed in the scenery. It's like the watched kettle that never boils.
