Reloading Canadian sourced bullets

Just bought myself a new Beretta 92A1 (yea) I would like to try my hand at reloading the thing...
Decided on 125g as it was closest to the 9 mm NATO round and now I need some thoughts/opinions on recipes...

Brass - once fired Winchester
Primers - Winchester WSP
Powder - Universal (but I`m considering Power Pistol)

now for the fun stuff...
Bullets - DRG Premium Quality Hard Cast (Ancaster ON) 09-125g-RN
Wolf Bullets (Kingston ON) Plated 9mm 125g RN

So here's the questions -
Should I load the plated using the same recipe as the lead?

Should I treat the plated the same as jacketed?

Alliant doesn't list a recipe for lead with Power Pistol - Is it too hot for lead?

So how 'bout it? - has anyone worked up a load using these components? and most importantly - care to share?

Note: Start with the minimum charge wt. Reload just a few and be sure they will properly cycle the action of your pistol before reloading a quantity.

Treat the plated bullet like lead. Actually about midway between plated and FMJ. Very very light or no crimp on the plated bullets.

I have been looking for similar info on 9mm and in my Modern Reloading by Richard Lee for 125 grain jacketed (what I plan on shooting) they list:

blue dot start 7.9 never exceed 8.2
unique start 5.7 never exceed 6.2
HS6 start 6.8 never exceed 6.8
green dot start 4.7 never exceed 5.2
HP38 start 4.7 never exceed 4.8

I would consider the plated bullets as being similar to lead. If you use jacketed bullet data with either lead or plated bullets, it will be conservative.

I am now using 124 gr AIM projectiles (Plated) made in Hamilton through my G17.

Simply use the starting loads listed for Jacketed bullets, no problems in 4000 rounds so far.
The AIM plated bullets have pretty thick plating compared with the more fragile "Berry's" plated bullet.
Five grains of Power Pistol is a nice accurate load in my experience..

I run 5 grains of Unique under 124gr Berry's OAL 1.135 and have run up to 5.4. Berry says to use mid level jacketed data for their bullets. The Alliant site lists 5.8 as a max so the email they sent you seems insanely conservitive. At 4.5 it almost feels like shooting a 22

4.1 of Titegroup works nicely too

I've tried bluedot from 5.7gr (feels like a 22) up to 7gr. At 7 it starts to feel a touch heavy and not suited for shooting 100s of rounds. Much like Unique at 5.4, your wrist starts to get a little sore after 100 or so. Nice if your loading up some self defence loads though
