Pretty neat remake of an early AR, similar to the AR10s, the upper is $200 bucks stripped with a charging handle.

I thought it was pretty neat.... I wish he would make original AR-10s since they were be non-restricted....

Seriously? That is absolutely fabulous. I'd love to hear the back ground on that.

Someone owns a non-restricted version, they have posted pics and information before. The AR-10 was designed before the AR-15 so it can't be a variant but most of the original AR-10s in existence would be auto or converted auto

That rifle is NOT a non-restricted candidate, that rifle is incorrectly registered. It wasn't made on the correct continent to be NR (or restricted for that matter).

Why not? There were some semi-autos made, no?

Since you asked. They were made in the US, not Holland, there were very few of them, and none of them had an autosear installed at any time. That firearm is a prohib 12.3, "Transitional" model manufactured in Holland, with non-fluted barrel, but without the bipod, probably a Portugese gun. The first photo (from military images) is a Sudanese gun.

Hey NEA

A newly manufactured non-restricted AR-10 would sell like doughnuts at a CACP conference! :p
