LEE Turret Press lever clerance with safety prime

I got a LEE classic cast turret press for my birthday and was setting it up. First thing I noticed is that if I'm going to use a safety prime I'm going to need an auto disk raiser. But whats up with the clearance space between lever and a safety prime - it's like less than an inch!? Does it pose a problem for anyone?

i've got the same setup your talking about, never caused me a problem

That is how they manufactured it. I turned the lever so the bend moved the handle to the right farther away from the safety prime tray, but it is still close. I don't find it is a problem in operation, though.

I did the same with my press. It is certainly not a problem.
