Rail Covers for a cz

I came across these Rail Covers in another thread and in a few youtube videos.

Would it be possible to install them on a non restricted cz858? After doing some research I found out that midwest industries sells them.

I'm currently running a 858 with a fab defense hand guard like this

Is it possible for me to install rail covers like in the videos on my fabguard?

Those are just UTG rail covers, right? I've got them on my NEA handguard on my VZ58L and like them very much. There's something much nicer about the rubbery grip than many of the plastic ones. And they be cheap!
