got mine last week.. yayyyyyyyyyy! chose TAN ONE... now to buy a glock! ( i had said id never own a glock cause its a plastic chicks gun,but now ill have a ###y toy for around 500!! yeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh booooooooooooy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cheapest one I have seen on EE was $650. I pm'd an offer of $550 and got no reply. A friend of mine is a dealer and can get a new G17 for $630.

Nice score. I think there's only a few minor differences between the Gen1 and Gen2.
I sold a gen 3.5 for $400 a few months back. There around for a good price if your looking

And it's started! People are now trying to sell the RONI kits from airsoftparts.ca for $200+ because "they are real gen 1 roni and because they are sold out and because if you do find one it might not be a real roni left over".

I decided I want a tan 1 and I'm picking it up in person monday, paid for already.
Haven't decided what I'm goig to do with my black 1, prob keep it or sell it to a friend @ cost, or make a mix of 2 tone ones.
With shipping I think it cost $153..not bad considering.
At least they are being honest as to where they got them.
My black 1 has no stamps on it, it is solid. Made of good plastic. I think Roni sold one of their older moulds to someone and they are making them which explanes the not so perfect finish, which explanes the overmoulding. the mold is worth a lot..depending on it I think they are 40-100k new.
Molds wear out, I've worked in plastic injection molding before.
The tan 1 im getting has all the markings.

Got it in the mail and don't even have a Glock.....cant see spending another $500 to try this out before Xmas....got caught up in the fury of the post earlier on...hasn't been assembled, just as shipped.
Paid $151 shipped/taxed....anyone local in the GTA wants to meet up and pick it up? say $150?

ok site is awsome can i use those fake suppressors on a 9mm sub 2000 or one of those airsoft flashiders on a real 556 or will it break ? what's the threading on those suppressors does anyone have one ?

Which is an awesome price but a Gen2 won't fit into a Roni chassis cause it doesn't have the rail.
Except in some way I can understand. Getting a real Roni for 2/5 the price is a hell of a deal. I kept seeing posts that they were sold out but when I ordered mine there were 8 still in stock so I think they are constantly getting more. Just had a quick look and they are currently out of stock.
Where? That is a smoking deal.
Airsoft flash suppressors etc typically use an M14 thread so they won't fit a real firearm. The problem with an airsoft suppressor is that it isn't fake. Sticking one on a real gun would def be illegal. Some of the airsoft suppressors only have foam inside but I have seen some with metal baffles just like the real thing. Regardless, even if the tube is empty, it will still work to suppress a shot and thus will be classified as a prohib device if mounted to a real firearm.
