Anyone know the history of these?
Who makes them for Cabelas and reliability?
Never seen anyone with them on their rifles.
Just curious, t'is all........

I cannot help much other than I bought three on sale for peanuts 3 years ago and put two on rifles just to say they had a scope on them. They mounted fine and although not a lot of rounds through them at this stage no issues of any sort so far. Kind of reminded me of the old vintage bushnell series from the 70's.
These were called pine ridge?? I think. Sorry I cannot help more

If you do keep it simple. I bought the 'tactical' scope...just because it had target turrets. Not worth the box it came in. It would not zero and the target turrets were so bad you couldn't even tell if you were making adjustments or not. I would never buy another one. It's worth the little extra for a Leupold VX-II or something.

Had a couple, one died, sent it back for a refund. the 3-12X40 on my .22lr is still going, but I wouldn't buy another one. The Vortex Crossfire scopes aren't a lot more $$ and are much better quality.
