My last project.....old M-44 scout fitted on sks folding stock

Good idea how does it shoot?

I don't know. Just finished yesterday and my shooting range is closed for the winter....I think this gun will kick like a mule. Anyway this will do a good bush gun for moose hunting.

Very few mod to do. I had to drill a hole for the tag screw and I used Devcon steel putty to fill the mag area. The complete job took me around 4 hours.I also used a dremel to fit some parts.

I own 3 M-N and at least, this one will be useful during hunting season.

I agree. If it kick too much, i will install a muzzle break.

I give you a 10 for imaginative engineering. Very srtange but also very neat looking fish. Haveing fun with guns is why I play with them

This is a grasping ring added to the cocking piece flange to enable engaging the safety.
