I just dug out my dad's olympic style target rifle we purchased a few years back. Any idea what kind and where i can find some olympic grade match grade 22lr?

North Sylva, they carry all the top target ammos. Eley RWS and Lapua.

which brand/ammo would u say is the best for cost and performance?
That lapua midus stuff looks real good.. but also very expensive haha

International Imports/North Sylva out of Toronto. He's got them all.
Hirsch Precision in NB for Lapua.
Air Guns Plus for Lapua and RWS.

Can't go wrong with Eley, Lapua, RWS and the top end Federal.

Try all you can and see what the gun likes. Mine likes the federal stuff (gold medal match I think its called). Even then some lot numbers shot better than others...

Wolf and sk are the same. Sk rifle match is proving to be very good for the money, eley team is another good buy at around $10 a box it shoots almost as good as eley tenex in most rifles.

So my dad has one of those Izmash 22lr target rifles. They arnt anything special but ill try to see what kind of groupings i can get next weekend.

Wolf and sk are the same. Sk rifle match is proving to be very good for the money, eley team is another good buy at around $10 a box it shoots almost as good as eley tenex in most rifles.

SK Standard Plus is the exact same as Wolf MT...SK does make a lesser grade/cheaper ammo also. Same factory and specs...NRCAN has not given clearance for Wolf MT to be sold here, thats all.
