olympic match grade 22lr?

OP here!

So my dad has one of those Izmash 22lr target rifles. They aren't anything special but ill try to see what kind of groupings i can get next weekend.

They may not look special, however they do shoot well, some shoot very well in fact.

If i do plan on using that rifle, should i get a new set of sights? they look very similar to the anschultz ones but im pretty sure the german ones are probably more precise.
