This Winchester showed up and I'm tickled.......:D
It has the tapered rib and I am not familiar with the concept of it.
For those in the know, what would be the sight picture of the shot?
It is a Christmas present for my youngest daughter and we will take
the pump out and shoot some old targets to get a pattern.
This simple pump is full of WIN.
Will chamber 2 3/4 and 3" shells.
The receiver can be unloaded from the bottom instead of pumping
the shells through.
Has the screw in choke option as well.
Anyone know what chokes will work?
Cheers all.
Looky.

My Winchester Ranger 120 is the Deer combo, it has a 18 in barrel with rifle sights and no rifling , the vented rib barrel and the chokes that came with it.
The win choke system I believe is written on outside of the red package ,and it has 3 screw in chokes- imp cyl, modified and full choke IIRC.

The Winchester Model 120 is a cheaper version of the 1300 and a newer version of the good old 1200. Parts (from what I have been told) are interchangeable. I had a 120 barrel that I used on my old 1200. The choke tubes are the Winchoke choke tubes.
