Indeed! Details on that stock? Looks like Ruger factory wood, painted/bedliner'd with an M14 buttplate over a hollowed out butt. Looks awesome and functional!

Can't wait to get it out to the range. Looks like too much fun.
The key is having enough belts. I have gotten 3 loaded so far, plus the 50 rounder, so I have 950 rounds ready to go, and once I load my other two belts then I will have just over 1500 loaded rounds on the belts.
Not too shabby... 3 bricks of ammo.
That said, for now each belt has a different type of ammo loaded so that I can determine what it likes best.

Here are some pics of my Colt project, I still cant decide if i want a longer handguard or leave it how it is now. I need to add some flip up BUIS yet, and some grips and a better stock but so far i love it.
Here's my current favorite rimfire. I tried to get the 'range' (800 yard field) in the background but too sunny out
Marlin Model 60 w/ a Konus Pro 4x32 Scope.
All total about $250.00 for this setup and it is a pleasure to shoot. I would prefer a mag vs the tube but for the accuracy and reliability it delivers for the price nothing else really can compare that I've ever tried.
