I never liked the show transformers when I was a kid either. I am sure this rifle functions well, but it is ugly and looks uncomfortable to shoot.
Now the RFB on the other hand is a great design.

Ruger-mini 14...I bought one and it hasn't eaten even one baby. False advertising = fail. No need to give me the prize, I live a blessed life and only need loctite to be complete, which sadly, seems to be unavailable in this contest.

The Norinco M4 never lived up to its reputation as a cheap rifle made from reconstituted Lada parts that would fall apart during rainfall, though I was happy to note that it did once cut me with its sharp, unfinished edges. Communism still works, another Capitalist pig (me) has bled as a result of Chinese military efforts. Sadly, I've come to realize that the Norinco M4 will never be able to harm or kill as many people as have been harmed or killed by faulty, toxic, or poorly-designed Chinese toys and manufactured goods, and the Norinco M4 has disappointed me repeatedly by functioning flawlessly.

I do have nightmares it will inch its way out of the safe and do horrible things to me in my sleep, though I don't know why. I did once wake up sore, and found an empty lube bottle near the bed. When I checked the safe, the Norc M4 looked like it had been used. I swear it even sounded like it snickered...

And all it wants to do all day is be fed, over and over, while constantly shooting its mouth off, and my wife complains that, no matter how much .223 it eats, the Norc M4 never gains any weight. So now she's jealous of the M4's trim figure. It didn't help that she caught me caressing the Norc late one night. OK, maybe more than just once, but it didn't mean anything. The Norinco M4 is wrecking my marriage!!

LMAO! ;) You guys are putting a lot of effort into this... I may have to up the prize...!

Ive shot a norc against, lmt's, bushys, stags etc and the only two guns that didnt jam once in the rain and mud were my cheapo norc and a guy running a 9mm colt. Not to say its one the same level as an LMT just that theyre more reliable then people give them credit for. The ruger mini 14 is the wost because ITS NOT a black rifle. People keep tapcoing the crap out of them trying to make it into something its not. Its like putting lip stick on a pig, stop trying to make it something its not!

Mini 14 wins it hands down.

When I had mine I would here guys say "The best two days in a mini-14 owners life is the day he buys it and the day he sells it"

The mini was my first semi auto rifle I bought and I loved it! I added some cool aftermarket parts to it and thought it was the best looking rifle out there.

I never believed that selling it would make me happy.

That is.......

Until I got my SL8, started my company and sold the mini. I couldn't be happier that it sold.

I went from "side of the barn" MOA to 1 MOA.

Having handled one of the SU-16 prototypes, I must beg for it to be removed from this list. The cheap gray finish it boasted was so easily scratched that the owner was loathe to let me collapse it lest I mar the pristine surface...as such, I had to take his word that the serial number was less than 10...since the serial number was only exposed when the stock was folded.

I feel that the best solution to the problem would have been some locktite applied directly to the action...rendering the rifle as useless at it looks.

NS

This gets my vote - I could not hope to provide a better response. The XCR is a close second though in my books. NOT a fan.

It's a toss up.

When I bought the Norc I was told by the collective that my #### would fall off.

So I was pretty much forced to buy the XCR. And while owning the XCR did, in fact, prevent my #### from falling off (as evidenced by the fact that it's still there at the time of this writing), it turned out that my #### was not the only thing in danger of falling off (as evidenced by the small pile of anodized parts forming under the XCR on the gun rack)

Running out of loctite and generally becoming frustrated with the whole black rifle thing, I decided that I needed to fully commit and buy one more.

Through my research, I learned that owning a Tavor would not only prevent my #### from falling off, but would actually make it *bigger*.

Sadly, this too was proven false (as evidenced by the continued pointing and laughing/sympathetic looks of pity in the locker room after football)

In my opinion: three way fail. :(

No, no... the Tavor is more compact - so it makes your #### *look* bigger. 3-way tie; you didn't say how you voted? ;)

Hmmmm.....so I guess I can add "misleading advertising" in my emotional distress suit against IWI?

My vote: Well, the Norc will make my #### fall off......and the Tavor failed to enlarge my genetailia whatsoever.....but at least they still remain assembled in one piece. Therefore my vote has to go to the pile of parts and screws formerly known as the XCR :p

The MR-1 should win this without any problems whatsoever. Horrible experiment gone wrong when they spliced the (blue?)genes from a shotgun with some sort of rifle and then grafted an AR mag onto the unholy aberration. The least they could have done was grow it a humpback stock so something more than a chin weld could be attained when using an optic.

But at least it doesn't need loctite, so I voted XCR.
